However, I can report to you that President Bush is just as adamant about fighting to defend the rights of unborn children, who cannot defend themselves against this horrifying procedure.Amen.

Why not wait and see what the administration does before you pounce?
To: Javelina
You're right, I apologize for the mistake. I misplaced you at DU when you're obviously the LibertyPost.org category of Bushbasher.

After having a wonderful time of fellowship with President Bush, the president asked if we could all join hands and pray that God will bless our efforts to preserve life in our land.
BTTT ... thanks LiB

Thanks for posting this! I'm not trying to stir things up here, but were there Roman Catholic clergy present at this meeting to celebrate the triumph of protecting life? It looks like it was all Evangelicals.

Cardinal Egan was present at the signing and was recognized. I don't know if he was at the meeting...perhaps not. Could have been a schedule conflict.
Please don't let this get you upset.
To: Miss Marple
Thanks for your reply! I wasn't upset as much as I was quizzical. At the "special" meeting Falwell describes, would the Catholics, Orthodox Jews, and other faiths also gather to cheer the political fulfillment of their religious beliefs by this marvelous President who does bold things with a faithful heart? I guess I'm greedy: I want ALL people of faith to stand up and hurrah this wonderful man for doing the right thing no matter what.

I was just reading your bio and I wanted to ask you if you are indeed correct about Clinton increasing military spending. I live near a military base and I can tell you for a fact that they suffered during Clinton's presidency. Many units were either shut down or added to other units. They were not at all pleased about this.

The supreme court could care less about the constitutionality of any law!
They no longer use our consitituition to make laws.
They now use OTHER nations laws to make and decide law in my nation.
"Breyer gleefully told George Stephanopoulos, a former White House adviser during the Clinton administration, on ABC News how the United States is changing "through commerce and through globalization ... (and) through immigration," and that this change is having an impact on the courts. He speculated on "the challenge" of whether our U.S. Constitution "fits into the governing documents of other nations."
We no longer control our country through our court system or politics.

Isn't it nice to have a president that makes infanticide illegal? Imagine that.
