Check out Cotronics.com. This company has been selling such products for over a decade. There is nothing new here. There are all sorts of alumina-silicates that perform well and are indeed cheap. If one does some research at a library and looks to find references for alumina-silicate cements in old farmers references (mid to early 1800's) one will find them.
This guy is a fraud based on his latest discovery, if I am not mistaken, of a T-wave generator. All hot bodies generate T-waves at some level, he just makes crazy claims.
