Oh god that's the worst! Let me guess, they think they are the superior race. God will strike them for that one!

The first time I saw the video this afternoon she stands out because she is the only other person moving in the video, everyone else just freezes, she is the only one trying to help.
I would like to believe that I would try to help but I don't know, never have been in that situtation so I guess I won't know unless I am. The camera men do move and they may have experience that has taught them to keep filming but thay didn't try to help during the shooting.

your definition of "bar" is accurate but from the acronym point "BAR" means British Attorney Registry. Our courts and law are under the control of British and England crown.

Sounds like good salsa. I voluntarily accept the blisters that come with eating at a crawfish boil in Louisiana.

I am familar with Media Bypass and don't care much for Paul Hall. The magazine is not as good as it used to be since it changed management or ownership.

I am familar with David Icke and have heard him speak on numerous talk shows. He is great.

As for Lyndon LaRouche I've heard of him but am unsure about him.

I just love the site you referenced.

Appy Pappy, you should read that site. Really informative stuff there.

"So then you're condoning violence against lawyers. If so, then you really are one sick MF."

I don't know what the shooter's motives were, but at first glance I found it hard to come up with any sympathy for the lawyer.

You know what they say: "90% of lawyers give the other 10% a bad name."

What would Jefferson think of the absolute death of common sense over the suit involving McDonald's coffee and the abject stupidity of an old woman?

In that case, the jury apparently stuck it to McDonald's because there was evidence that many other people had been injured previously by the unusually hot coffee at McDonald's and nothing had been done about it. I don't know if they had punitive damages in Jefferson's day.

Actually the natural prey of lawyers - an engineer.

What is there to be unsure of in a man who is convinced that Queen Elizabeth II runs an international drug cartel?

I just love the site you referenced.

I was afraid you would.

What's so bizarre is that the shooter was literally inches away from his victim. And that tree ain't exactly a California redwood! The lawyer really kept his cool or just reacted instinctively.......playing dodge-'em till the perp stopped firing or maybe ran out of bullets.

I saw that film on the news tonight. Geez. I'll throw a bizarre theory out there. If the shooter had wanted to kill him, he could have. He had him, deer in the headlights. Possibly, he didn't care if he killed him or not, just wanted to empty his anger at him. I think he succeeded. I think his lawyer thinks so too. Bet he had to go home and change his undies immediately.

Very good point and something I was unaware of. Queen Elizabeth does indeed run a huge international drug cartel. I am also convinced that she was responsible for Lady Diana's death because Diana was secretly involved with Dodi, which would have brought scandal to the royal family. Lady Diana was murdered by those inside the Royal family because she was involving herself, in what the Queen would classify as "undesirable" people, who want to take the throne away from the Queen and gain access to her power position. Bloodlines are taken very seriously in royal families. And I am certain that LaRouche has quite a bit of information on the Queen. Do you realize that many of our American Presidents and filmmakers have been knighted by the Queen? Those who are knighted become an "acceptable" part of the royal bloodline as long as they heed to her wishes.

Thanks for the ping!

I just watched the LA news and the cameras there for the Blake trial were able to capture it on tape and they played it.

Looked to me that the gun was empty in the end. The lawyer would have heard the clicks from the empty barrels.

hey folks the off duty sheriff that tacked the shooter is a friend of mine that is on our rescue team. WE are a proud lot.

Tell your friend that he probably saved lives by tackling the guy. I hope he receives a commendation for his heroism.

Well, the lawyer's still in the hospital, so I think he's probably wearing hospital undies. The LA Times reports his condition as critical but stable, but other reports have him in good condition.

But who knows what the shooter's intention was. I would assume that he wasn't shooting at him just to wound him. The guy took one shot in the neck and others in his upper torso. I figured he stopped shooting at him when he ran out of bullets. He did have another gun in his back pocket, but who knows what he was going to use that second gun for.

From the LA Times story, the guy who was shot was the attorney for the trustee for a settlement in a trust fund the shooter had received as a result of the accident. There was to be a hearing on a motion to have the trustee the guy was representing because of death threats and harassment from the shooter. The shooter's sister was to become the trustee. It's hard to read at the smokinggun.com website, but it looks like the attorney requested fees of around $4000 and the trustee requested fees of around $1000 from the trust fund.

The perp is caught on video commiting the dastardly deed, has threatened the victim before. Wonder how the perp will try to say he is not guilty!

It's entirely appropriate that you used the word 'believe' when you cite the Democratic Party's fictional history of America. You have to believe it, because you can never know it as truth.

The Democratic Party's fictional history of America?

Pray tell what part is false?

Tell me the New England states didn't think they had the RIGHT to secede in the early 1800s?

Tell me the founders didn't say that when a government became oppressive it was the right of the people to overthrow it?

You don't think that the Civil War was one of the milestones on the path to the overwhelmingly large Federal government we have today?

The Shooter is going to get rich!

He will sue for defective ammo, a gun that doesn't shoot straight, defective sights, the lawyer who didn't stand still, Johnny Appleseed and others.

Ah, but you forget the tree is an endangered species. He's scr*wed.
