I'm hopeing they will be introduce some other connective evidence as well. Maybe the hair was just a part, only started with that because the expert only had the early part of last week open to testify.
Fingerprints on duct tape would be "glorious", as well as matching the cement in the boat to the bags found by the bay. We may see some stuff from his computer to show premeditation, testimony about the fact that he had the ability to store the boat at his warehouse, but got a public storeage garage instead. All of these are just a few building blocks in the foundation.
And I think finally, Amber will give bombshell testimony to motive. I've been watching Gloria on shows all weekend and she seems like she is stifeling her glee that Amber's testimony will be something big.

I think as the due date got closer he started to panic about the disruption this baby was going to cause in his life. Buying the Country Club membership during this time is a red flag in my opinion. I'm supposing that he bought the membership as a defiant act to prove to himself that a child was NOT going to disrupt the high life that he desired. Then the money pressures kicked in. I'm guessing that Laci was planning on staying home with the baby since she was only substitute teaching.
Then he meets Amber....
First he tells her he's NEVER been married. Then he changes this at some point because he's completely obsessed with her and tells Amber he had lied to her and that his wife was dead. This tells me there were plans to eventually bring her around to his family where the subject of his marriage to his poor missing/presumed dead wife would surface. Then, he remembers the life insurance. If he sells the house and car and collects the insurance, he's cash rich and can live his life the way he see fit without being tied down with a child. After all, he learned from mommy that children are disposable.
I think by the time he bought the boat, he had to make his prophecy about Laci's demise come true. He paid cash for the boat so it would be untraceable. He kept the boat at another secret storage facility. I'm sure he was going to get rid of the boat the first chance he had.
He told Amber that he'd be free to be with her in mid-January after his trip to Europe. This tells me that he was going to wait a couple weeks for Laci to never reappear and then go on his merry way with Amber. I think it HAD to be during the time he was "in Maine and Europe" that this plan HAD to come together.
What do you think of my scenario?

I am praying that the Procecution will pull out some plastic bags in court and has Amber identify the jewlery that Snott claims Laci had on when she went "missing" and identifies it as "gifts from Scott."

Thank you Tile Lady! The only thing I've been able to use that doesn't streak is Windex. First I wash the floor with a touch of Pine-Sol in water and a mop. Then, I have to get on my hands and knees with windex and paper towels to unstreak what I've done. I'll give the vinegar a try (I just don't llike the vinegar smell!)

I wish I had a nickel for every time you've posted "backing away slowly now" to various posters. I'd be able easily buy List's chandalier.

You know IF Amber were to tesify that SP previously told her that his wife "disappeared, possibly kidnapped and was presumed dead", THAT would be a bombshell....

Got my fingers crossed, bigtime!!!

Yeah, but at least it's warm, could be snow, yuck!
I got to work today and found the school had some minor vandalism. Kid dumped out my planters in front of the building entrance, mud all over the place! Little boogers trash things out here every Halloween, Orland Park's finest at Dunkin Doughnuts, too busy to partrol the schools!

Wait a minute you guys. Are you saying Scott never took the boat to his regular (business) warehouse, but kept it in his secret, second warehouse?? If so, I've been getting that wrong and will have to adjust my "mental picture" (ha ha) of all this.

I think the actual day was planned also because of time off from "work". Also, do you remember back a loooong time ago that we heard reports that Scott made derogatory comments about the Rochas and how he couldn't stand them? I don't think he was up for spending another holiday with them! I think he planned it exactly for THAT day.
We shall see.

What? No Krispy Kreme out that way? Our finest hang at Krispy!

That's what we've been reading this week is that the boat was stashed in the secret storage facility....
