Wasn't there a pesticide that could have been aerial applied to control the beetlles and the marxist screamed bloody murder to stop it ? Maybe, but spraying beetles would be the third or fourth step down the road in dealing with the problem. It's expensive and relatively ineffective in that kind of stand density. It's just hard to penetrate.

The liberals have learned a VERY expensive lesson. I doubt it. They've shown themselves incapable of dealing with truth, facts and reality - why should they start now? Tying envirowhackos to trees in the path of the fire - now that's fitting justice.

Ungathered firewood poses wildfire threat. We have Hell to pay for our century of fire suppression and capitulation to utopians.
When I was into mountain treks and winter camping, we gathered our own firewood for campfires, twigs and fallen branches, even ax felled dead trees. Perfectly natural.
Then even to pick up a branch became a felony.
Earth Day watermellon environazis have foisted their pantheistic utopia upon us at the cost common sense and safety. Look at a 60 y.o. Boy Scout Field Book - and weep. Much of their useful field craft is now illegal. Look at a curent Boy Scout Field Book to appreciate the sad propaganda now taught. With another one or two hundred million criminal aliens, it probably should be illegal to go into nature.
We must take back our nation from those who place our country off limits.
Spotted owls in old growth was just another fraud wrapped in judicial tyranny.

...Why did the enviro wackos oppose clear cutting in the first place? ...Heck, they even oppose salvage-logging the burned trees left over from the Rodeo-Chedeski fire in AZ last yera.
