When the last day of their sentences expire, we will meet them at the front door of the prison and escort them to the border." Who does Tom Ridge think he is kidding? This guy will be back in the country within two weeks----complete with a faked matricular consular card and will be in line at the Califonia or Texas welfare office.

This week our nightly news had a part about an 84 year old convicted sex offender who was to be deported. He evidently abused his grandchildren and was convicted. This program was filmed from his hospital bed as he was a patient, for what I don't know. Family members were on the program literally pitching a fit that he is to be deported and how cruel that is.
This is south Texas and we are only 9 miles from the border. Do you think he will be back next week?
Guess who was paying for the hospital for the illegal? However, it was a good backdrop for sympathy as he did not look sick.
