Court TV just announced that Geragos has asked that Gloria Alred be removed from the court during these proceedings. Think I'll stick with Court TV.

Beth and Vinnie are doing a "relay" thing in and out of the courtroom.
It looks likes CTV will go with it full time.

Yep. CTV seems to have it going good now.

Switched to MSNBC for a sec but they're covering the 9 dwarves -- concentrating on Dean this time and Fox showing some jewelry. Enough! Back to Court TV.

Oh, shoot! Diane Diamond is up and they're going back to the rerun of the trial they've been running this week!

My CourtTV has gone "LIVE", as they do when there's a case garnering such huge attention. It says LIVE, anyway. I'll have to wait and compare what I'm hearing to what other posters say they're hearing.
Usually they run tape delays on our cable channel as we're out west.

I thought that they were just running that old trial as a filler to free up airtime for the Peterson trial! Stupid! Who cares about a case that has already been tried and convicted?

My remote will need batteries after this day is over. CTV, Fox and MSNBC on to other matters. Anyone know when Nancy Grace's show comes on?

I read you say that earlier this week; perhaps it will end soon?

Thanks. Claudia Cowen saying both sides will present DNA evidence today. No word on whether Frey will testify and no wire tap evidence will be introduced. Attorney saying either the prosecutors have a problem with the wire tap or may use Frey instead.

I'm changing channels so much not sure I'm going to miss everything! Right now, I have TV on Linda Vester. If there's a problem with the wiretaps, will Amber be able to testify to anything that was said on wiretaps?
To: Howlin
Amber's phone conversations are not part of the wiretap evidence and may still be played.
To: Howlin
I haven't been watching it so I don't know how far along they are in the case. I've been watching Fox and MSNBC when I get home till Crier comes on at 4PM. Maybe I'll e-mail them and see what's up with that. Hope they don't air it during Amber's testimony.

Right.
I found this info to pass along on another message board:
1)"Fox Stan Goldman just reported PRELIM STARTED.
Beth Karas reporting Pros. won't bring in gps or wiretaps at this hearing. MG stood up and said he wants GPS at this hearing otherwise he can't use it at trial. Judge disagreed.
Judge at prelim will be Judge for trial. Any ruling he makes here will stand at trial.
Beth says that MG wanted to question the science of dog tracking. Judge said it's well established science but will hold a partial kelly hearing to ensure dogs were properly trained and procedures followed.
Wiretaps won't be used at this hearing. Calls between Amber and Scott can be used since she consented to the taping of her calls.
MG says he's received late dna discovery (from pros.) and he can't cross examine until he's had a chance to review. Pros. says it is delaying tactic. There will be no delay.
2)"I was watching Court TV tonight and Gloria Gomez from KOVR reported two very interesting things. First of all, they found reddish paint transfer on Scott's boat that matches the paint on the buoy markers in the bay. Second, right now, the police have the area around buoy marker 4 and possibly 5 roped off and no one is allowed to fish near or enter into the area for any reason. Also, Gloria Gomez was told that if a body was put in that area that it would wash up precisely where Laci's body washed up."
