Does he throw even harder? He's swung a mean bat. Well, flung a mean bat. I love Roger's competitiveness, but that has to be one of the most bizarre things ever to happen in a World Series. Would he have thrown the bat if anybody but Piazza had been at bat? The only guy who knows that is Roger, and maybe even HE doesn't know. He's improved a lot since then. But he has a history of being high-strung. I think impending retirement has mellowed him.

I haven't seen it since I'm watching the Wings games which conflict.
