Don't see anything substantively pro or con here. But he the same creep that jumped on someone's back in 1998?

Now, THAT would definitely add a new, sinister dimension to the story. Let's pray that it is just wild speculation.

IMO .. it is wild speculation

Nah, he's a lawyer...they require wooden stakes. (Sincere apologies to ethical lawyers.)

This has probably been asked, but: If Terri had died, would her husband have been able to keep the money that was for rehab? I've never been clear on that.

YOU BROKE THE CODE!

Of course, now that the trust fund has been looted, the issue isn't collecting money, but staying out of jail. If Michael inherits the trust fund free and clear, how the money was spent previously becomes a moot issue. But if a new guardian or guardian ad litem is appointed who wants an audit...

"Keep in mind that Dr. Wolfson is NOT actually a medical doctor. He is a PhD who studies medical bureaucracy. "

But someone onhere said he was just another right-to-die guy and I can't find any info stating that at all. All of the stuff i see on him is regarding safety in healthcare.

In my opinion it is as well, but not because I don't believe that the evil trinity is capable of it, especially Felos. He is a complete whack job, but because I don't believe that the organs would be viable after that kind of death.

"what's to keep Greer from ordering another starvation, and Bush another stay,"

The order is in effect until and unless the governor himself revokes it.

Well, except that having abused it would still be a crime.

Is this a good thing or a bad thing to have him a GAL?

It's all just too incestuous. Far too many conflicts of interest going on here.

It can't be about the money. Otherwise he wouldn't have spent so much of it trying to kill her. He could've just gone of and enjoyed himself. The compamy that paid the money no longer exists.

He wants her dead and I think he would spend every dime to accomplish that.

Every thing he does glares with unbridled hatred for Terri and her family.

His mission in life is to cause them as much pain, suffering, and indignity as he can.

"I would like to see what the last one reported ."

Some of that has been posted on other threads. Basically, he/she didn't agree with the death squad that Terri was vegetative so hubby dearest petitioned the court/aka Judge Greer, to have the GAL removed. That's the short version.

Who would demand the audit?

I am not a lawyer, but I would think that the Trust would then become her part of her Estate and depending on the laws of Fl .. her husband would recieve whatever is in the Estate if there is no Will
