I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!! This is the best news ever. FINALLY, there may be hope to warn women about the link between abortion and breast cancer. This is a good day for the LIFE. (1) A ban on partial birth abortion; (2) Terri Shiavo's life is saved (I hope!); and (3) The ABC Link is being exposed.

Thanks Saundra. Even though your lawsuit didn't work out yet, you helped paved the way for this. By the way, is there any update? I hope Planned Parenthood hasn't gotten their grubby paws on even one cent of yours.

I hope Planned Parenthood hasn't gotten their grubby paws on even one cent of yours.Over my dead body. The lawsuit is on appeal. Not that I could afford it anyway, but I was told not to buy a house or anything. You know, sometimes I wish Jesus would come back . . . know what I mean?

The ABC link has been called "the elephant in medicine's parlor." Medical experts privately say abortion causes breast cancer, but the volatility of the issue prevents them from publicly acknowledging it. Oh yeah, the truth might save a life!

No injuries? Do you really that people's children belong to the government? You would want to have no authority over your children?

If we get class actions against abortion mills, it might get the Rats to reconsider their impending filibuster of class action reform.

..."neglecting to warn her about the physical and emotional risks of abortion." I think it's more about THIS statement....which you conveniently left off your quote from the article.

The plaintiff was a 17-year-old Pennsylvania resident when a second-trimester abortion was performed in New Jersey without parental knowledge or consent. Although she hasn't developed breast cancer, she sued her abortion provider, Charles Benjamin, for neglecting to warn her about the physical and emotional risks of abortion. Yipee.
