They are defying the Governor's order!!!! Hospice and Morton Plant Hospital both refused to hydrate her claiming the law passed today is unconstitutional and therefore, they are afraid of being sued. Michael Schiavo's attorney is threatening to sue any doctor who provides feeding or care to her - this is unbelievable and surreal!!!! Terri is still without any food or water and is under armed guard! Totally insane - totally evil!!

Meanwhile I filed a formal complaint today with Ashchroft - it went to several Catholic senators as well - DC is listening...someone needs to pull off a political miracle!!

You may want to contact Jeb as it seems you have a good contact with him. These people are desparate to kill this young woman. They are defying his order it seems.

Thus, if a doctor determines no other means is appropriate, then the method SHALL BE the gastronomy tube.

What we have here is a power play between the wills of the Legislative and Executive branches of the Florida government against the Judiciary. Last time I counted a vote of 2-to-1 means that the "1" loses

Ah, but for the vote to really be 2-to-1, the legislature would have to pass more than a law, they'd have to pass an amendment.
