Black Democrat city officials seem to be at least several decades behind the times. They sat in the back of the bus for many years, watching their white DemocRAT leaders scamming the system, stealing it blind.

Unfortunately, a lot of that has been stopped. But the Black Democrat city officials don't seem to realize that. People aren't putting up with that crap any more. The blacks, thinking that it's their turn are caught in the backlash.

And what is their only out? Cry racism.
