This is insanity!

Why are they waiting until tonight?

It better be the FIRST thing on the agenda.

I sincerely hope it doesn't take until tonight to vote on this. I was hoping they would be able to get the tube back in early today and start hydrating her again very soon.

I just hope she hasn't already gone into organ failure.

From my understanding, they are debating it today, and will vote this evening.

If they're going to act, they need to do it SOON or it will be a moot point.

God hasn't held her up for this long to drop her now.

the Constitution doesn't allow the Legislature to give governors the power to overrule the courts.

If courts cannot be over-ruled, then let's be honest about what we call the elected officials.

We don't have Governor, Legislature, and Justices.

We have Masters (judges) and Toadies (gov & reps)

They intentionally get it wrong. I've been e-mailing every elected official in Florida telling them to remember California.

They must protect the committee system.

If they're going to act, they need to do it SOON or it will be a moot point.

Judging by their recent actions, that is exactly their point.

Any word on when the Senate will vote?

No, no word, but I expect the reason they say a vote is expected by tonight, is to allow time for debate. We can hope the vote will come sooner than that.

Appreciate your link yesterday to the live video. Will it be on again today?

Yeah I agree.

King (the Senate pres. ) was saying last night that this whole thing is a Moot point, in that if the special session would not have been schedule for squibbs, Terri's bill would have never been brought up.

What a heartless sob.

Wow, I just now saw for the FIRST time news of Terri on FNC. Of course it was only 15 seconds but at least it was something.

According to the Senate's home page, they'll convene at 6:45 tonight.

The paper says the senate will vote this evening, but Ms. Anderson said they should vote by noon. It's a tradeoff between the time it takes for everyone to have their "media Moment" on the floor of the Senate and the clock ticking on Terri's life.

The Schindlers ask again, "Please do not threaten the lives of the legislators, as this may turn them against Terri!"
