But many other legislators question the Constitutionality of the bill. Sounds as if there is much opposition. That's a major concern. Even if the bill is passed there's a good chance someone will file suit and challenge its constitutionality in court.

How about the guy speaking now, saying that this bill, even though it's for a ONE-TIME stay of a court order, would turn the democratic government on its head, violating separation of powers. Blind, stupid, obtuse.
