Come on...come on....I'm sitting on the edge of my seat here. Does that mean the two are indeed reconciled and Jeb can sign right now? OR did the Senate pass their version of the House bill and it has to go back to each chamber again??? Tick...tick...tick...tick...

The chief judge of the circuit court would be able to appoint a guardian ad litem to study Terri and report to the court. This is one of the amendments.

more discussion. Asking if Jeb is the sole arbiter of the stay.
