Howie Long, glasses and all, tries to pretend he's intelligent.Howie is the most intelligent guy on that show. That's what makes it so bad.

Last night, during a sports show on Fox Sports 2 in Los Angeles, they showed a run back of USC's Reggie Bush against Notre Dame. The voiceover said "ND finds Reggie Bush slippry-er than the Bush in the White House" That pissed me off.Channel 2 in LA is CBS, not Fox.
In any case, I suggest you call the station, ask to speak to the general manager, and complain to him/her, making it clear you'll start getting your news elsewhere if they can't keep blatant political hate out of their newscasts. GMs don't like it when their on-air staff do things that cause lots of angry calls to come in, and the sports guy will likely get an earful about it.

Rush is held to a higher standard than Sapp. And that in itself is racist, IMHO.

Rush can take it. He's used the lefties bashing him.
He takes it all with a great sense of humor.

They are coming out of the woodwork after Limbaugh. It's to be expected; they've only been waiting fifteen years. It won't end either.

Hopefully someone taped this for Rush
I thought it was hilarious. It would have been funnier if it were about Brett Favre but... o-well, it wasn't

Funny? Negative. They were free to broadcast it but it wasn't exactly funny.
Celebrity accused of taking pain killers -- Let's just show that on television and have him say things about the color of pills. Yawn. It was SNL funny (which is to say not). What happened to the comedic talent in the US? Mediocre and lazy.

...Think which tv network 1st released false VNS polls....
Re: Fox is no better ....
Actually, that's what won the election for W. Had they not announced the incomplete numbers, the rats would have punched out more chads and gotten the job done. Funny, the thing we point at as part of an enemy plot actually HELPED defeat the cheaters.
I do agree with you, Fox is only a little bit better and only because there is money in it for them. I actually would prefer it if these guys would just run their businesses like businesses. Best news = best ratings. Then all of them would be trying to do the best job possible.
CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, are being run by incompetent and corrupt liberals. But, the viewers don't care.

I agree. It reminded me of some of the Paul Shanklen stuff he used to feature on his TV show.
Yea, ha, ha, when they show the paradies of Clinton shoving objects into Monica and laughing that it isn't sex if the deponent doesn't partake, I'll be busting a gut.
Until then, it was low and not particularly funny. And they all stood up an indignently said they were opposed to racism, and that they wanted to just talk football.
These guys had their chance to speak about important things. They chose to be little girly men. They can stand with Sapp and complain about the White Master holding darkie down.

Had the comedy been about some liberal instead of Rush, the response would have been totally opposite. 'Taste' is too often a matter of whose ox is being gored. The prize to you, sir. Ain't as though Rush hasn't spent a decade or so contracting musical goofs on liberals.
But of course, those were freakin hilarious. Now, because he made himself a target, let us all rise in outrage.
