Karl Rove asks one question:

Who else are the conservative republicans going to support over us if we push this?

The answer is: Nobody

The Democrats are lucky, they don't have to worry about people voting with their conscience, because liberals haven't got a conscience. We unfortunately have a group of people who actually vote according to what they think would be best for the country. What a dilemma.

You get what you vote for.

I am going to inform my congress critters in writing that if they pass any type of amnistia, under any name, I will vote for the third party, or even for a 'rat or a Bustamecha.

If they are going to sell our nation out, I'd prefer to just skip ahead to CW2 before I get too old to fight.

Hatch responded to that interpretation in a Sept. 4 release, saying the DREAM Act benefits American society in general.

Well that is good enough for me, Orin would surely not lie to us. </Sarcasm>

On the other hand Orin thought Ruth Bader Ginsberg was cool too.

If Bush et al don't realize that they are alienating his base he's a fool.

No he just knows in the end we will just bend over and vote for him.

I agree. I am tired of voting for the lesser of the two evils. It's become a ditto mark of 'A'.

.. seems to me, now seeing the bigger picture of how things have become, the press etc did a great job in depicting Buchanan as a nut and I was a Buchanan supporter many years ago.. and I was swayed by the propoganda.. as did most here.. Buchanan was right.
