I hope they print your letter, which is well-written, factual and should touch the hearts of many who read it.

There is a deep schism between those of any religions who really see that all life comes from God and therefore belongs to Him, and is valuable for that very reason, and those who are materialists (of various stripes). To materialists, God doesn't exist, or the "god" they profess to believe in is a phantasm of their own imaginings. (Or rather, an extension of their own limitations and selfishness.)

To those who see everything as God's property, we understand that every soul is God's own, and we strive to practice and reach towards unconditional love. To materialists, they measure everything against the yardstick of their rebellion against God, so all their viewpoints and decisions are sure to be not only wrong, but bearing bitter fruit.

As an afterthought, the fact that the leftist/moral relativists are slavering to remove every single vestige of public mention of God is evidence of their hatred of Him and His laws, both natural and moral. Their hatred and fear can never be be satiated, it is just like an all-devouring fire that burns all fuel added to it and only gets hotter.

Excellent point. They really show their faces with their actions. I think the way they apparently objected to the Schindlers being upset about Terri being so sedated, by publicly announcing they would stop all pain meds for Terri, is more proof of their master than anything previously brought to light.

This family has continued to put trust in the judicial system. I've been watching but sceptical. If Terri dies (and I'm really concerned that we are getting close to a time of no return) I think we can truthfully say that "justice is blind" because the judges do not see.

I'm going to have to come back tomorrow to see the results of this talented mental dueling! I can hardly stay awake. I feel guilty sleeping while Terri is suffering. I've called all who I can call. All I can do now is say some prayers for her and her family and friends, and all taking part in the vigil wherever they are. God Bless you all and may there be a miracle overnight.

I shudder to think that these people could have been starved to death today.

What's particularly blood-boiling about Terri's case is that Schiavo isn't merely 'allowing' Terri to starve. He is explicitly working to prevent anyone from feeding her. I wish there were some way I could drop a piano on his head and free Terri from his evil control.

There is another thread here on Free Republic discussing what a Second Civil War in this country might be about. Well I'm seeing in this case what a Second Civil War might be about. It will not pit the North against the South, or the Illegal Aliens against the Legal Aliens and Citizens or even the Left Against the Right as many on that thread think. Rather I believe that it will ultimately pit this NeoPagan DEATH CULTURE that has been built up in this country aganst those who still believe in the TRUE GOD OF LIFE, Father/Son/Holy Spirit.

I wish we could get it going everywhere to nickname Florida the Death State. I wish Kimmie7 would make a great skull head or something and add in the line, for a logo, and we would all wear tshirts with it on them.

I would like to see this calling Florida the Death State "take" and become a common joke or saying. If freepers cannot do this, who could?

[I'm wondering if that's how Terri got admitted, which means she was planned to be terminated. I don't know if Terri was put into hospice before or after the original death sentence was handed down. Anyone know?]


I am pretty sure that Terri got admitted to George Felos' hospice in '99. He was still the chairman of the board at the time, I believe, but then stepped down. He began representing Michael sometime in '98. The first death decision was official in '01.

In other words, after Felos started representing Michael, Terri was moved to the Hospice, and proceedings were already underway to have her feeding tube removed. The only way it could be legal to do that was to have her be diagnosed as PVS with no reasonable hope of recovery, at which point she is looked at as terminal. The judge, seeing that everything is in good order, goes ahead with the order to proceed with her "death wish". Aren't they a bunch of smart guys! This is nothing more than pre-meditated murder, IMHO.
