Just walked back in. Oh, yes. I agree with you wholeheartedly.
Even Russert last year asked "where are the Democrats of the party of JFK".
The Rats today are not misguided, you are correct. They are evil. And I don't believe we're using that word lightly.

Has anybody ever spotted Albright and Helen Thomas in the same room?
If they had, they wouldn't have lived to tell about it....talk about a "fall over dead" kinda situation.

She added that France was "a little bit right" to oppose Washington's go-it-alone stance, but she warned: "It's method is not always the best." Old Maddy's memory is failing. Here's what she said in 1998:
WASHINGTON -- Secretary of State Madeleine Albright told anxious allies and other hesitant nations that the United States would attack Iraq alone if diplomacy failed to reverse Iraq's defiance of U.N. weapons inspectors.
Set to fly off to Europe and then the Persian Gulf, Albright told reporters yesterday: "I am not going anywhere to seek support. I am going to explain our position."
And yet, Albright said the "diplomatic string" has not run out, and that the United States would prefer to act jointly with other nations, rather than alone, whatever the ultimate U.S. decision. Link
Maddy was very sure that Iraq was a threat then but now has no idea why the war happened now.
These scum have no shame.

Albright: Can I be in your band?
Maines: Do you have any musical talent?
Albright: Not really...
Maines: That's okay, nobody will notice.
Albright: But I'm puffy, bloated, and I really, really hate George W. Bush.
Maines: You're well-qualified, then! How do you feel about Toby Keith?

Has anybody ever spotted Albright and Helen Thomas in the same room? She would be the one with a mop and a cowboy hat. Helen has the Tammy Baker trowel applied makeup. Other than that, they both smell like old cheese.....

I always love the headlines- "Slams" "Bashes" etc. She opened her mouth and noise came out. That's what the opposition party always does. Pro Wrestlers- they slam and bash.

It's difficult to be in France and criticise my government. Oh, come on, Maddie. You know it ain't so. And everything you said in this context has to be questioned.
Just get over the loss of position, power, and free world travel. We had to live with eight years of you and blubba and the like, all the damage you folks did (say, how 'bout that Chinese entry into manned space orbit?). Get OVER it.

This moralism coming from the woman who said the deaths of 500,000 Iraqi children were a reasonable price to pay to contain Saddam. Well, thanks to Bush, those Iraqi children don't have to keep dying.

"I must have a failing memory, because I just don't remember in years past any former officials from previous administrations attacking a sitting president as we see at least weekly now, not to mention a former president and first "lady" doing the same."
You're overlooking Jimmy Carter, who since he left office has made a second-career of bashing (Republican) presidents. There used to be a gentlemen's agreement that former presidents do not criticize sitting presidents, but that all ended with Carter. Carter is a small, bitter man who has never gotten over losing to Ronald Reagan, and who knows his unseemly behavior will never be questioned by the news media.
