OBL has been dead for a while now.Check out Post #17. Have you seen John Kerry lately? He looks like a walking made-up corpse. Maybe there is something to the theory.

OBL has been dead for a while now.
Not too sure about that there have been tapes released since Rushs pronouncement of his death that the CIA was convinced were legit. Also when that Alqaida big wig I can't recall his name but the one that looks like Joey Butufuko was caught he had letters showing he had been coresponding with Osama.

This is Ahmed Khadr, a Canadian Egyptian who was one of the founding leaders of al-Qaeda. He's very high up in the hierarchy and his son ran a terrorist training camp in Afghanistan. Consider him to be well within the Top 10 bracket. I've seen speculation it was him, as mentioned on our earlier thread, but have you seen an official pronouncement?

Ahmed Said Khadr, AKA Abu Adur Rahman, AKA Al-Canadi, apparenty escaped while his son was killed. True or false, Khadr was captured and then set free thanks to the intercession of Canada's Jean Chretien in, as I recall, 1995.

This matches another report I saw on Fox News, unfortunately:
http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,30200-12834289,00.html
But suspected terror financier Ahmad Said al-Kadr escaped troops in the deeply conservative tribal region of Waziristan on October 2. Pakistan's Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said one of the men killed in the gunbattle might be a high-ranking member of al Qaeda. He did not disclose the man's identity.
So it appears Kadr may not have been the big wig. We shall see.

What made me think this was a different person .....was Kadr doesnt have a reward on his head. Pakistan is saying it is someone with a reward on his head.

Coop I found this piece of info in an article at Sky News.....
DNA tests are being conducted on one of the bodies to see if it is the son of the Egyptian-Canadian al-Kadr.
We should know who it was shortly...

The word I've been seeing is they definitely killed his 14-year old son. But I'm sure that kid is not the the top 10-15 AQ guy we've been hearing about. Hopefully DNA is being done on all of them, and that there are samples to match to.

Months ago I heard Rush say that he had spoken with a high ranking military official, whom he did not identify. Hope he wasn't taken in by one of those Howard Stern pranksters (anyone catch SportsCenter yesterday afternoon when Dan Patrick was taken in by a prank caller pretending to be 'the fan' Steve Bartman?)
