If I had a nickle for every time a woman falsely accused her husband of violence, I would be a very rich man.

Have you ever considered the overuse of double/triple negatives?

Touchy aren't you? I should have put the : ) to let you know this was just lighthearted sarcasm. After all, you did put an excess of negatives in one sentence. I was hoping you would respond with something even more clever.

The phrase 'get a life', seems a bit, hypocritical. I really wasn't trying to anger you. I apologize for doing so.

If I had a nickle for every time a man got away with violence on a woman, I would be an even richer woman.

If I have a nickle for every time a anti-male law, regulation, and/or court desision was used against an innocent man, I would have more money than Bill Gates.

Who cares, I don't spell check or grammar check, don't have the time or the will to do it. If that's what you look for when people post fine, keep it to yourself and make a hobby out of it. I just can't see doing it on internet bulletin boards to which I post frequently nor do I look for it with posters who have various educational levels. If I had to double check everything it just wouldn't be worth it.

And you made me use a cliche I hate to use.

Problem is, Terri has been incapacitated from the attack and made no such accusation.

I am real skeptical about articles like this because the accusation usually turns out to be false an it destroys and innocent man's life.

I'm NOT meaning to pick a fight, but I'd suggest you do some research on this subject before making trite statements. It'll help you save face in the long run.

Personally, in this situation, I think the government should be stepping and saying you can't kill anyone, whether you're related by blood or marriage!

I agree. No one should be allowed to take another human's life legally unless they have a living will stating that they would want to die in such a case. Terri's interests are NOT being represented here at all. I believe she wants to live, by the evidence of her trying to get out of a chair after she was told if she didn't then she would die.

PRAY HARD! Terri needs a miracle soon!

Their spin is revolting. Clinically brain-dead? Oh please! Check the medical dictionary for that one. And Michael is busy grieving? I'm sure his fiance and child have a terrible time dealing with his pain.

Do they have a guestbook? morons.org you say?

Starvation and dehydration is so brutal, so agonizing, we wouldn’t do it to the most hardened criminal on death row.

I have purposely avoided these threads for emotional reasons, but this statement is most definitely true. My father died this way 2 years ago after a 5 year fight with a Parkinson's-like disease called PSP. His body was rejecting the feeding tube and the doctors gave him a few months at best with intravenous feeding. However, my father made the conscious choice to go this way and discussed it with all of the family members. I spent his last two weeks with him, it is extremely hard on the family as well, I have still not fully recovered from the trauma of watching him starve to death day after agonizing day for two weeks. If all the facts reported are true, her husband needs to be prosecuted for her murder.

I've done my reseach, and I loath hypocritical elitests who seek to create a world in which only they and those like them can exist for reasons that they just cannot stand the sight of those different than them, that is NOT Christian, that is the core of political correctness which is tyrannical

A direct quote from you, post #24. I was referring to the fact that this thread and others like it, are loaded with good people who feel Terri's being murdered. Flat out murdered. My comment to you was meant to ask you to please stop making trite statements on the thread and not cheapen her life.

If that makes me a hypocritical elitist, oh well.

Search the FR for threads dealing with divorse and you find near endless accounts of men being falsing accused for various things by their former wives; and worse of all the men usually ends up in jail or worse and the wives get a away with it.

This is why, I take the original article of this thread with a grain of salt.
