Good to see you Jackie-O! I think you are right about the Gremlins. About the time I hit post I got a message saying,"Freerepublic error". I hit post again and wow all those duplicate posts. Everyone, I am so sorry to have taken all that bandwidth on duplicate posts.

This is from another forum. According to Rita Cosby's sources,Scott called Amber twice as much as she called him.Rita said, she thought it would be interesting to see the phone record's. She is only going by what her "sources" told her.

I've been totally consumed with my Cubbies! We had the day off yesterday and took the chickadees to see School of Rock...I'm going batty waiting for this trial to start. At least the Cubs are keeping me busy!

I don't know, but I am totally in awe of the new record you set!!
I never seem to catch the good stuff on Greta (whine, whine)! By the time I tune in to her, she's always gone on to something like Kobe Bryant... sniff!
That is certainly interesting about a "hit" on Laci's scent at the warehouse. Scott's answer: "Of course she'd been to my warehouse, she was my wife!" Heh! Right, Scott. I'm sure that as she got bigger and bigger, she probably enjoyed hanging around the warehouse, instead of being home folding baby clothes...

IF Laci visited the warehouse, there would have to be witness to testify to that of course...otherwise Snotty will have to take the stand to state that, and I doubt he will...

I'm having the same slowness problems the rest of you are experiencing, so I'm trying to combine these messages into one post.
Ray--I know you're quite interested in the search dogs. According to what Maggie heard on Greta VS, the search dogs had a "hit" on Laci's scent at Scott's warehouse.
Sandy--As you said, if she was at the warehouse shortly b/f she died, does this mean she saw the boat?? I'd like to know, too!
Oh, and I thought of something. The defense might be able to turn this around. They could say, sure, we believe she was at the warehouse sometime in December--that's probably when that hair of hers happened to get plucked out, and it fell, see, and later it got tangled up in Scott's pliers, which he happened to keep at the warehouse...
To: Jackie-O
Hey, Jack! Good to see ya! FWIW, I'll be pulling for the Cubs, too, since they beat the Braves! ;)

Mags, I saw Rita's report an hour or so ago, and was truly amazed! Did you pick up that she was privileged to info from Scott's phone records in addition to Amber's? She also was giving specific info about certain conversations, as if she had heard some of the tapes! I'm beginning to believe we're not going to hear tapes in the courtroom, and someone is leaking to get certain info out in public.
Anse, with the reported challenge by defense that Laci "recently" visited the warehouse, I'm wondering if Scott is prepared to say that after the doctor's visit on the 23rd, that he and Laci scooted by the warehouse--that he wanted to show her the new boat! Of course, Laci saw a loose screw on the boat, and while she was bending over pointing it out, he got the needle-nose pliers and tightened it. Something like that. Heh heh.
Getting in and out FR today has been a challenge. I could have had those dining room windows washed by now. BBL (maybe)

I just read something interesting,Ms Valintine gives seminars on tracking human remains. I do not know if Merlin is a cadaver dog or not.But if he is,no wonder Geragos wants this excluded. Remember early on MPD saying if you knew what we knew......

You are right Jackie. Scott would have to "verify" somehow that Laci had been in his warehouse. And it also leaves to question - WHICH warehouse? I doubt she knew about the boat because of what her Mother and brother and step-father said. They all denied that ANY of them knew of the boat. Also, the Night of December 23rd when Scott got his haircut by Amy and Laci was with him, Scott told Amy and Laci he had an early golf "tee time" the next morning. No mention of boating and fishing!!

Hi Maggie. I seem to remember that Merlin IS a cadaver dog.He was also the Dog that the Geragos team were wanting all the veterinary information on. This Doggy is a "problem" for the Defense all right.
