Thanks, tbb, I didn't know Jeb was dancing too! LOL

Exactly!
When the Pork Chop Gang ran things down here, they wanted to loop I-4 through that area to get biz into their districts.

If this doesn't prove beyond a shadow of a doubt to any sane person that Janet Reno has absolutely NO business being governor, I don't know what would.

Spread the word, my friend. This is beyond belief which is the norm for JR. FV

All of the drug companies already offer free drugs to low-income patients. See the HHS website ands also NeedyMeds.com. Typically, citizens would have to go without drugs we need while Clintonistas make war against big corporations.

"She hopes to persuade drug companies to give rebates to the state that would amount to savings of up to 65 percent below retail costs of brand-name drugs, the same savings enjoyed by the Coast Guard, the Department of Veterans Affairs and some other federal agencies.
My prescription plan (USN dependent) requires me to use generic drugs unless there are none, if my doctor insists I need the name brand, she has to jump a few hoops to get approval.
Reno's plan sounds good, "power purchasing" has brought lower prices to groups all over, but I draw the line at the coercion she is advocating.

McBride above. He "liked" Vietnam
He must think he's Forrest Gump, when Jenny asked him if he was scared in Viet Nam, "sometimes the rain would stop and you could see the stars..."

Janet Reno is a psychotic Beotch. We knew that at Waco. Did somebody along the way just forgive her for using the Justice Department as the largest Internal Death Squad in history or has everyone taken a powder?
This woman is SERIOUSLY BAD NEWS. How much more of this crap must we endure?
I wouldn't vote for Janet Reno for DOG CATCHER, let alone GOVERNOR. I'd sooner vote for Lawton Chiles, and not only is he a DemocRAT, he's DEAD!!! I SWEAR if Jeb's not on the ticket I WILL WRITE IN LAWTON CHILES simply because I know he's not in any position to screw anything else up.

Do ya think that Trafficante in prison will pay for repeatedly calling JR a traitor? I was wondering about that. He will need protection in prison. She likes to shut people up when they are in prison just like her ex-boss, the traitor in chief.

If a guy like Ollie North has a cable show on Fox News Channel called War Heros or something like that, he or any of his guests can say whatever they want. It's a show about war, their experiences and the sacrifices.
When McLawyer talks about Vietnam as a candidate for governor, his comments are inappropriate; stating that it was "intoxicating" especially at night going out on ambushes. I took some heat from someone here because "I wasn't there. No, I wasn't, but someone running for Governor has to think before he speaks.
Janet Reno could use him to raid homes, couldn't she?

I like the Jeb in a tank top dancin'. He looks like a contestant on American Idol last night without the singing.
Additionally, disruptor alert. They are here at FR making comments that don't make any sense and they admit that they aren't even from Florida - proof positive! LOL

Yes, JR cannot take her USAG hat off. If an entity does not comply with her disclosure requirements or other demands, then first they are embarrassed, investigated and barred from selling their product in Florida. If that's not interfering in the free enterprise system and over-reaching, I don't know what is.
JR ALWAYS goes too far. She'll never change. FV

That's right Clairesolt, regarding drug programs for needy people. Do senior outreach programs in communities help needy seniors apply for these services?
Luckily, my mom's health plan has an rx plan - she still pays quite a bit for meds but her health plan is absolutely free. So, it evens out.
On another subject, I am on SSD and was only on Medicaid-Medipass for a one month period. I was treated differently than other patients regarding doctor-patient visits. I got my RX covered but the diagnostic labs were inconclusive or inadequate and a neurologist never examined me or explained the test results to me.
I am ordering copies of all my tests myself and have a doctor paid by me go over my test results with me.
Glad I didn't have something life threatening because my pets have better office visits at the vet.
The democrats are always bragging about how great Medicare is as if it should not be improved. The dems have started their Mediscare tactics for the 2002 elections. IMO being under the program without supplemental insurance is norhing to brag about.
For me, it doesn't really matter at this time. I am always trying to think of ways to work again - for myself. Regards. FV

Programs for seniors are just jobs for dems here. Doctors don't seem fully informed about the Needy Meds programs, but they are very good about providing samples.
Have you tried Medicare Plus? I am also SSD and am happy with Humana Medicare Plus. I get the same level of access to good medical care I have always had and $100 off drugs. My neighbor also has Medicaid and she has to go to a different office of the same doctor--the poor people's office is run differently--no appointments, mainly.
What many seniors need is someone to review their meds and only keep the ones they really need that don't interact.
To: ClaireSolt
I agree that seniors are over-medicated and sometimes they have too many doctors writing scripts for them. They may think their symptoms are from declining health instead of too many meds.
I did a post that disappeared. If that one is on FR, it hasn't been previewed yet. If it's not here, I was just stating that Reno's opponent McBride is not doing too well. He fired his campaign manager and has a new one. He is a lukewarm kind of a guy and I feel that is part of his problem. You cannot run for governor and run a lukewarm campaign. These are not lukewarm times - they are passionate times requiring serious leadership. Regards, FV
