The RNC Chairman needs to be fired, Stat!
Mr. Pressler, without an audit we’ll never know for sure how this election went.
But I do have a question for you...
Does Miami use RCV-enabled electronic voting machines?
If the answer to that is yes, you might wanna hold off blaming the victims for a bit.
Not to mention all the voting practices that are still legal in Florida despite that joke of a bill that was passed a couple of years ago.
And I don’t see the governor or the legislature doing a damn thing to address THAT.
Civil war? So called patriots can’t even get off their butt to vote.
Civil war? So called patriots can’t even get off their butt to vote.
^^^^^^^^
This.
Everything you said is true and it explains the terrible GOP turnout at the same time the rats have never been more motivated. It spells disaster if something does not change
Blaming the media any longer is a cop out the legacy media is DEAD, if it were not for podcasts ect. replaying their clips NO ONE would even know what the hell they reported on and that is a fact!! Trump is successful BECAUSE he has mastered social media THAT is where people get their news today!!! If our side of conservative media would completely STOP playing clips of the legacy media they would completely die a hell of a lot faster!! I have not watched even a local news broadcast in at least 10 years and I am 72 years old!! The younger generation would NEVER sit and watch CNN or MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS ect. The Republican Party has been USELESS for decades, we ALL KNOW this to be true our country didn’t get this way without the help of republicans…….SPIT!!! They have ALWAYS BEEN a bunch of good ole boys not wanting to rock the boat BECAUSE of what the media might say about them……..SPIT!!! Trump says whatever the hell is on his mind and the people respond by flocking to him, republicans are complete idiots plain and simple!!!
I get your frustration, but have you ever been a member of a Republican organization, worked in a campaign or in a paid party staff position, or run for or held office? If you do not like what is on offer, then what would you do different and how?
This is their religion.
Some of the Republicans who have lost weren't incumbents, so you can't blame them for not doing anything because they weren't even in office.
Trump's own voters just didn't show up.
Many Trump voters don’t think of themselves as Republicans.
Even if that was true, it doesn't explain why Trump himself got so many votes in 2024, but other Republicans that Trump himself said he wanted to win have been getting so few.
The answer to that is that Trump voters aren't going to the polls in off-year elections. That's obviously their choice, but it is foolish to blame others for the decision (or non-decision) those voters have made.
I am not a fan of Donald Trump in particular, but I voted for him in all three general elections because the alternative was unthinkable. Unfortunately, too many people who voted for Trump either are too lazy to vote, or are applying some kind of ideological test that makes them unwilling to vote for down-ticket Republicans even when Trump himself urges them to do so.
That's fine. I just think it is weird that people are blaming a boogeyman RINO "plot" for these off-year losses, when the truth is that these Republicans are losing because too many Trump voters aren't voting in those elections. Or if they are, they are voting for the Democrats.
It’s like Carlin said, you can blame the politicians all you want, but where do these politicians come from? It’s “Garbage In, Garbage Out”, that’s what the system produces.
Exactly. But it is more emotionally satisfying for some folks to blame the big "they" rather than just acknowledging that voters themselves bear the ultimate responsibility in a republic. It's really just a different spin on the left's culture of victimology. "I'm/we are all victims of these mean elites".
No, you just don't accept the responsibility that individual citizens bear in a republic. It's your/our faults, as individual citizens, that we are in the mess we are in today.
I like how Carlin ended it, yeah that’s a great campaign slogan: “The Public Sucks...F___ Hope!”
Lol.
You are incorrect.
Amusingly so.
And I say that you are incorrect. Amusingly so.
Barely takes a brain stem, much less an actual brain, to toss out an assertion with no underlying analysis or reasoning. But you managed it anyway.
Well done!
