I believe there are differences in the races but they can’t be fundamentally large because two people of differing races can produce children.
Our main problems arise from people’s different backgrounds and beliefs, and also perpetuated poverty.
Don’t forget the federal government’s enormous effort to end poverty. It broke up black families leading the enormous population of ferals we have today.
