The news came out AFTER the debate, but the decision was made a week before the debate. Joe's performance had nothing to do with the decision. Why didn't the reporter catch that, or at least mention it?
this was posted yesterday and the event itself happened a week before the debates ... i doubt this means very much at this point ...
