Michigan has only one term for Gov? He was elected in 2014.
Nope, it’s two.
No. Snyder is on his second and last term now. However, the election isn’t until November 2018 so I don’t know why Trump is endorsing him already.
How come Trump didn’t endorse the Moslem? See, see! Islamophobia!
>>Schuette backed Jeb Bush during the 2016 Republican primaries and caucuses, but ultimately endorsed Trump.

Is there no better candidate running than this Yebbie supporter? How depressing.
Schuette is great! He really fought for Michigan against crazy Jill.
The key word here is: WAS
Ouch... Pat Colbeck is top shelf, out of the box win-win solutions guy, I’ll vote for him in the primary, but I must admit, he may not have a broader appeal.
Bill Schuette has all the right enemies and is less of a RINO than Rick Snyder. He will make an excellent governor.
“Schuette backed Jeb Bush during the 2016 Republican primaries and caucuse”
Never heard of this guy, but I can’t say this bit of information gives me much confidence in his judgment.
Everybody here backed his brother both times, right?
“Everybody here backed his brother both times, right?”
There were a few brave souls who didn’t, some of whom were banned.
Who did they support?
After the friggan Canuck left, my dog would have made a great gov.
Its going to take years to get that state back up to where it was before that bitch got in. And that aint saying much.
Must get rid of Sen. Slabofcow
I can’t speak for anyone else. I voted for Alan Keyes in the 2000 primary and the Constitution Party candidate in the general in 2000 and 2004.
When Jorge Bush was making one of his numerous pushes for amnesty in his second term, I posted that if he were ever to be impeached for anything it was for failing to abide by his oath of office to protect our borders. An over-zealous moderator (or Bush fan, I don’t know which) instantly terminated me.
I had supported Bush I in 1988. After than, I was through with the Bushes.
I ran against Bush as an advance man in Iowa for Al Haig in 1987-88.
You were definitely onto the Bushes early.
Their campaign aides were mostly preppy, BMW-driving East Coasters. Funny aside ... I was guarding his airplane at night in my job as a civilian security policeman at the Air Guard base and actually asked him a question on foreign affairs at a televised townhall type meeting. Iowa is not a large place.
