It would not be surprising to find out most of these “Republican strategist(s)” wind up voting for the Democrat candidate.
Most of their national campaigns seemed designed to deliberately sabotage the GOP nominee.

The Cheap Labor Express Republicans in office still far outnumber the Trump Republicans.

I think “former” is the key word here. As in “washed-up”, “has been”, etc.

Never trust anyone with a hairdo like that. Nor with such a pedantic look on her face as she looks over her glasses.

Donald Trump is anti-woman, anti-Hispanic, anti-black, anti-anything that would bring the country together, If this Yenta were not identified as "Republican", who does she sound like? Never Trump and Deep State runs deep. They are one in the same.

Maybe this drivel is why she’s the “former” Republican strategist.
Sick of the lies about Trump. Especially where the evidence is so obviously counter to these bald-faced lies.

Never heard of her.I hadn't either. A Google search turned up this from a year ago (highlighting mine): Sally Bradshaw, senior Bush confidante, leaves the GOP.
Highlight:
A longtime political adviser to former Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush who helped write the Republican Party's "autopsy" report after the 2012 elections is leaving the party and may vote for Hillary Clinton. Sally Bradshaw made the announcement in an interview with CNN, saying that despite decades of work on behalf of GOP candidates most prominently Bush, the former Florida governor, and his father's 1988 presidential campaign she might vote for Clinton, the Democratic presidential candidate, if the race in her home state of Florida is close.
Bradshaw told CNN in an email that the GOP is "at a crossroads and have nominated a total narcissist a misogynist a bigot."
"This is a time when country has to take priority over political parties. Donald Trump cannot be elected president," Bradshaw wrote.
I think we can safely ignore anything Ms. Bradshaw has to say.

She needs a boot firmly planted in her arse, and unceremoniously tossed out the door. If this day ever comes, there will be dancing in the streets.

And not repealing Obaomaharm or building a wall or the so-called “dreamers” as you’d been promising for years won’t come with consequences?

What reckoning? At the moment, The Donald has all the momentum going on his side, and the GOPe is looking like a second “party of “No”, closely tied to the first party of “no”, Democrats.
The Democrats have shredded every wheel bearing they have, and their wheels are coming off. The GOPe is also trying desperately to emulate this astonishing experiment, and they may expect to have a similar outcome.
