I thought Trump didn’t believe the Russian’s meddled. Has he changed his mind now that it may hurt Obama?
I agree but Trump is also acknowledging Russian interference and their preference to keep Clinton out which gives credence to a part of the Russian story.

0bama like all of the Democrats knew Hillary was already president. The election was just a formality.
Obama was being more flexible
Love his directness - he knows that “nuance” is a non-value attribute when it comes to speaking your mind or planning your actions.
I know, this whole thing is about some private emails that made it into the public sphere. That’s it. The irony for me is how assiduously all of these same people worked to portray them as inconsequential at the time.
