Yes, please open you homes to the illegals and see how long that lasts. Would be the very best way to change their minds.
Just like the good hearted lady here in our town who opened her home to some Katrina survivors. They didn't even last one night. She'd fixed them a beautiful pot roast supper for their first meal and they demanded she go buy hamburgers instead.
"The road to hell paved with good intentions".....and all that.

The only “Freebie” I got out of Katrina, besides some Red Cross/Salvation Army/Baptist Relief catered meals in the first days after the storm, was a discount on a USDA affiliated apartment in Ferris, Texas when I first relocated. When I went to get food stamps they laughed me out of the office ... literally. As a matter of fact, my first job in Dallas was supervising staff at the unemployment office as they passed out goodies to the New Orleans Katrina people.

Probably more than a few ex-patriot Californians among them. I knew some who bailed out of here as the state became more and more a province of Mexico. Figured that they would make a last stand in AZ. Now if you can just figure out how to rid yourselves of McCain and Flake-
what about you running for something?
