Correct me if I’m wrong, but IIRC he was impeached for lying under oath, not for what the author states.
Wow, I am appalled at how ignorant people are about this. He did not get impeached for rape and sexual assault. He got impeached for lying and obstructing justice in connection with Paula Jones' civil law suit against him.
