Parkinson’s is treatable..
Yes it is but as the disease progresses the medications become less and less effective. If she has Parkinson’s it is advanced. Early stage Parkinson’s is very effectively treated with medications. In the end the medications are not effective.
I am a pharmacist and also appear to have early onset Parkinson’s not yet treated with medication. Parkinson’s can not be confirmed by blood tests but only symptoms. There is another test performed post mortem, which is a brain sample, I will pass on that test thank you as I am still alive and kicking and still fly aircraft.
However, based on her poor mobility I am thinking Congestive Heart Failure compounded by traumatic brain injury from her falls and perhaps Parkinson’s also.
I do not know for sure what her medical problems are. I know with certainty that she is a very sick person.

Ask her if she is on Sinemet (carbidopa + levodopa). Yes? Assume Parkinson’s. No? Could be Parkinson’s but need follow-up questioning. Then again, she is a liar.
I saw the video, and I'm not buying Dr. Noel's analysis. (Not that we should drop examination of Hellery's health).
It may be some other affliction, but the few occasions Hellery shows herself "clowning around" will make it to a video. Too often, the good doctor is seeing what he wants to see. This is setting up Hellery to appear "normal" during debates—and to produce a health report—the documentation of which will appear as normal as Obama's birth certificate. Coughing is another matter, but also could disappear.
She is all those things, but it is her leftist policies and beliefs that for me most mean she must be defeated. Amnesty and her SC nominations alone will do our country in—however sick and criminal she may be.

Sadly, I now know what Lewy-Body Dementia is like, and in several symptoms, it resembles Parkinsons.

She has an advanced stage of PSP.
That creature is sick and putrid in body and mind.
