Why though? The judge was/is clearly biased because of his own prior prejudice against Trump that was manifested in his willingness to boycott Trump’s businesses.
The judge himself was racist first and prior due to his La Raza membership. The judge’s bias is precisely due to his Mexican heritage and his “the race” supremacy associations.
Trump had to mention this Mexican heritage because it is the issue, he had no choice.
A far as justice and the law is concerned, it really does not matter at all whether or not it is the Judge or Trump who is actually “right”. All that matters is that the Judge is prejudiced against Trump and will be an unfair presider over the case due to his proven conflict of interest.
The fact that there IS a conflict of interest is all that matters; not what the conflict is, per se.
The judge has an extreme conflict of interest and ought to recuse himself.
If Trump doesn't say it, he'll be attacked anyway. Ignore, Mr. Trump, and plow straight ahead.

I feel trump should have said there is a bias from this judge and left it at that and allowed his business legal team to do their jobs.
Not being an attny he didn’t need to go into detail.
There were too many other things going on last week on the other side that never were mentioned as this took away the spotlight.
Another thing I want to point out is -
For all the past decades and more with judicial activism up and down the whole court system, we the great unwashed are supposed to swallow the bitter medicine, mostly bad medicine. And we are to pretend that judges are blind, Lady Justice is blind.
In this Trump U case, this is another ‘break the camel back’ event this time around, just like the Trump Revolt itself.
A very careful parsing of the motto of La Raza would indicate who the real racists are.
“Por La Raza todo, Fuera de La Raza nada”, which is so accurately as possible, is translated as “For the Race, everything, outside the Race, nothing”.
This sounds absolutely exclusionary, and the very definition of racism. Were a white militia in Michigan to say something similar, the contrast would be stark indeed, and they would be equated to the Nationalist Socialist regime that was in control of Germany between 1933 and 1945.
I say the La Raza people are an Hispanic version of National Socialism, and should be labeled as such. Dedicated to the “reconquista” of the southwestern portion of what is part of the territory once known as “the United States of America”, This is similar in many respects to the demands made in the 1930’s for the return of Sudetenland from Czechoslovakia to Germany, on the basis of the great preponderance of German-speaking residents of the Sudetenland province. The Czechs surrendered, because of the vastly superior military might of the Third Reich.
This set into motion a whole chain of events, which did not bode well for any of the entities involved.
La Raza has a perfectly good opportunity, right now, to stop a similar chain of events.

They have taken over every aspect of our system, judicial, education, speech they have crammed this PC crap down our throats as they have taken over our entire way of life!!! Nothing that Trump says can damage the country in comparison to what Obama does and has done. Should some of these people complain just a little about that? I mean, just a little?
Exactly. He does this after becoming the presumptive nominee.
Seems to be drilling holes into the bottom of his own canoe.
His candidacy has developed such strength, such a life of it’s own, that not even Trump himself can put the fire out- so far.
