"I can conceive of no legitimate reason that any citizen should need to own or use a semiautomatic assault weapon," said Rep. Subeck.

Subeck needs to get her conceiver fixed. or at least learn how to operate it.

o There are no semiautomatic assault weapons. To come under the "assault" classification, it must be fully automatic, Her conceiver tells her a lie.

o The lawful reason that any citizen may own a semiautomatic firearm is that, so far, there is no prohibition to own and bear any arm that is manually loaded or self (= auto) loaded. That ownership is Constitutionally protected, and is enough reason for a citizen to own, bear, and use it in protecting the life and property of oneself and others falling under his care.

o Any attempt to infringe this basic right is unconstitutional, an act to flout the basic guarantees for which the Constitution of Anerican government is designed.

o Any attempt to infringe this right is a criminal act. The corollary that its implementation gives superior advantage to the criminal unlawfully bearing and using such an instrument to deprive a law-abiding citizen of life, liberty, and/or the pursuit of happiness. This makes the legislator an advocate for enabling criminal behavior rather than a representative of the law-abiding citizens he/she is representing.

o Any legislator proposing such laws that aid and abet the criminal should be impeached and removed from office forthwith.

Ya. Good luck with that you psycho-hose-beast Subeck.
She needs to be publicly ridiculed, often, with great emphasis on her lack of knowledge of the 2nd Ammendment.
