It sounds like Stanley Hubbard wants to waste more of his money on losing candidates.
Scott Walker has the best conservative track record of anyone out there. He has been to hell-and-back with the Communist Democrats numerous times in Wisconsin and beat them every time.
People like Scott Walker and even Rand Paul can still provide a valuable service as candidates. Not by the semi-mindless politically expedient, supposedly, of bashing Trump, but by expounding on the principles that got them as far as they have. For Scott Walker it’s UNION BASHING - good for America. For Rand Paul it’s REINSTATING THE CONSTITUTION as the Supreme Law of the Land - good for America. They can be strong influencers of future policy. I hope they choose that path.
Absolutely. Everyone on that stage last night would be head and shoulders above what we now have - well, maybe with the exception of one or two of them.
The Washington Post is owned by Jeff Bezos, one of the biggest employers of indentured servants, oops, H1B visas.
best Governor running
I try to keep it professional, and never personal, with politics. In Walker’s case, though, I can’t help but feel bad for the guy.
As others have said, this is a guy who has been an outstanding governor, and has been tested by Democratic attack after Democratic attack while in that office. Beyond that, the guy is a true American success story. He’s not perfect, but I’d be proud to have Walker as my candidate and as my President.
Unfortunately, he’s stumbled on the campaign trail and has virtually disappeared in the debates. It could be a case of peaking too early, or it could just be a case of not being good in the debate format. Either way, he’s got to assert himself in the next debate, and kick up some dust if he hopes to keep his campaign alive.
Walker is a solid guy.
The real reason Walker is not doing well is that he doesn't BELIEVE what he says about illegal immigration and anchor babies, and any one {other than Wife} knows that is a fact.
When his big donors squeezed his scrotum over anchor babies, Walker folded faster than a cheap suit from Kohls.
: )
To quote others, “How does this help your candidate?”
Cutting to the chase: Gov Scott Walker has done what the senators and the “outsiders” competing in this primary haven’t done - he’s produced conservative results (but then, he’s a conservative executive).
You can tell a man by the donors (and staff) he keeps, and who they would support in lieu of him. ...Rubio, Fiorina, Christie
Gov. Scott Walker revoked instate tuition for illegals 6 months into his first term - June 2011 (only governor to do that).
What can your candidate point to that shows their ability and accomplishment confronting illegal immigration?
Right out of the chute, Walker took away a magnet - a policy in Wisconsin that Democrats had fought 10 years to pass. Then comes Walker and it’s tossed.
Will you ever address the fact that Walker changed his position, {ON VIDEO, so the msm is not changing his position} on anchor babies when he was bitch slapped by his big time donors.
His last stated position, is "I'm not taking a position".
Talk about his principles and backbone, harumph!!
This was after he said anchor babies were citizens, then not citizens and then this last and final answer.
As a devotee of Walker, surely you seen these statements, but when I've axed you about them, you change the subject, as if they don't exist.
Walker walked back his statements because his big donors told him to do so, he has no principles on illegal immigration. PERIOD.
Walker isn’t going to play gotcha games.
You avoid Walker’s revocation of instate tuition for illegals.
Talk about backbone and conservative principles.
What has your candidate done besides talk and give speeches?
Very telling.
