Cruz gets an A Grade Liberty Score at Conservative Review. That's good enough for me.

“Funny,you talk about Cruz’s actions...so let’s compare histories. Cruz has fought countless times on the Senate floor for Conservative values. He has a record of Conservatism. You disagree with a vote, so he is off of your list.Now, Trump, on the other hand, has had liberal positions for a long time...only recently to flip. His donations to the Clintons among others make me wary.’

Trump’s never pretended to be anything besides what he is. He’s never said he’s a principled conservative. He’s said he’ll create jobs, get better trade deals, and secure the border. At this point in time that gets my vote.
Trump doesn’t have to worry about landing a K Street lobbyist job when he’s done being a politician. He doesn’t have to please any corporate paymasters or the Chamber of Commerce.

He also said he’d produce evidence about the Birth Certificate. He also said he was pro-choice. He also said he would identify as a DEmocrat. He has given TONS of money to Democrats and NOT just in NY.

Trump is all talk. It is all about him. He hasn’t had the background of fighting these fights like Cruz or Walker.

Well as long as Trump is in the race he has my vote.

I told you I trust him on jobs, trade, and securing the borders stemming immigration.
Those are my issues for 2016.

JMHO but those issues are the immediate crises that need to get fixed.
I’m sure Cruz will be fine should he win but right at this moment I support Trump.
