Glad Cruz was not involved in this insulting bypass of Congressional Debate vote grabbing scheme.
Rubio has learned nothing about the damage done by-passing Regular Congressional Order.
BTW, 35 % of an 8 hour work day is 2 hours and 48 minutes.
On a yearly basis, that is 2 hours and 48 minutes working EVERY DAY for a bloated Federal Government.
BTW, BTW, what, if anything, did they plan to cut year-to-year spending on?
