I was gonna complain about the number of medical codes inflating from 17,000 to over 155,000.
I was gonna complain about the IPAP Boards having extensive policy, pricing, medical coverage and reimbursement powers, which can neither be reviewed or appealed.
I was gonna complain about Obamacare subsidies being available to folks from states that chose not to set up exchanges, when the law itself PRECLUDES this practice.
But....now that Juan has provided his insight, we’ll just have to TAKE THIS FIGHT TO THE SUPREME COURT!!!

right now there’s not much that can be done about obamacare except publicize its flaws and undermine democrat support leading up to the fall elections.
But none of this will matter if the surrender republicans are allowed to ram through amnesty. the republic dies. that’s it. in the short run we’ll have three months of public debate on amnesty while obamacare gets a pass which will split up the republican party. in the long run the republic dies as the democrats get controlling majorities and set up more endless waves of illegals.
