She is preparing. She needs the summer - to prepare, have time with her family + it's summer in Alaska - a brief window. She has to wait until after July 27 anyway, the statute of limitations lawsuit mess. She'll wait until after Labor Day and 9/11 with the 10 year anniversary and all. How about September 15th?!
This is telling a ham sandwich to run for POTUS and somehow
I think the “sandwich” could win!
If they do something like what I think you’re thinking, the tidal wave of a response from pretty much the whole world would virtually guarantee the opportunity for a Palin presidential dynasty, starting with Todd on down to several of her children.
You may be right. If she's running, I bet there's tons of behind the scenes stuff going on now. I think she'll wait until September though. I bet part of her strategy is to be 'late to the party', Le Grande Dame, as it were. . . I still think the nation will go absolutely wild when she announces. . plus all the news seems to be bad daily. . the longer she waits, the better. . . a tough call.
To me the analysis of whether she can win or not comes down to whether there is a single state that Bush won in 2004 that Palin can not win in 2012.
To pick a few of states that Obama won in 2008, can she win in NC. How about in FL, what about CO, what about OH? Personally I think she would likely sweep those four states. I think of the 2008 Bush states the toughest for Palin might be Iowa and losing Iowa would still give her the election.
I also think she might well win MN and WI with Pawlenty as her VEEP nominee. If it is a close election, I expect the GOP to win WI this time because it was stolen from G.W. Bush both times but I believe they now have a voter picture ID requirement. Winning the Bush 2008 states plus WI and MN would give her 312 EV which is a comfortable margin.
Of course, the Marxist will likely start a major war so he can try and convince the sheeple to not change leaders. He will fail.
2012 will be the most important election in U.S. History. It will determine whether we turn towards Liberty or continue towards a socialist hell.
