Here's Politico "quoting" Rove.
"I don't know if she runs or not and if she would be a formidable candidate.
Here's the Rove quote I got from the video.
"I don't know whether she runs or not and if she does run she would be a formidable candidate".
Seems like Politico changed Rove's words. LOL!
