Rhode Island is the bluest state in the nation.

NJ governor Chris Christie would beat Obama there and in enough states to win.

Here in my part of Wyoming you can't find anyone that likes Obama.

“It’s not even been 20 months yet.”

It just shows that while a lot of people were stupid enough to vote for the most liberal member of the Senate, they are still fairly fast learners. He’ll get crushed in 2012. Hillary is the future of the Democrat Party.

The following states would be battleground states (currently within 2% or less approval / disapproval numbers for Obama):

Delaware
Iowa
Maine
Minnesota
Oregon
Rhode Island
Wisconsin

Washington state is at +3.

New Mexico is the other one that would be a battleground.

This is the core of his support.

Illinois +8
New York +8
Connecticut +9
Maryland +14
California +15
Vermont +25
Hawaii +44

Oh, and Massachusetts at +13

That’s it. He has no strong states in the ‘rust belt’ (Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania), are either against him or slightly in favour.

Missouri is also gone.

In the south, you have Virginia, North Carolina back, with Florida slightly against him.

In the west, Colorado is gone, with Oregon, Washington and New Mexico weak.

Even in the NE, New Hampshire, Maine, Delaware, Rhode Island are all weak.
