You think a GOP candidate can win in a socialist state?

Boxer loses until she runs against a so-called Republican.

The CAGOP died on Schwarzenegger’s watch. As intended.

Really. Liberalism isn’t just a mental disorder, it’s an incurable one. Well, I shouldn’t say that. It’s incurable as long as the acid’s around.

Its the same story over and over. Congress is bad, but MY rep is good. Definition of insanity being played out yet again, and it will happen over and over in all 50 states. That is why nothing ever changes and the congress acts with impunity.

Very sad that in state of 36 million people, we can't come up with ONE not ONE true blue conservative to run against this clown...

The membership of the GOP must admit that it presently lacks leadership. Then the hunt can begin. As much as I dislike Gingrich for his gross immorality maybe he should be reconsidered. Our house is on fire and we should not look too closely at who is helping to carry the water.

Boxer, like nearly every incumbent wins on name recognition at this point in the election cycle. The California state GOP has yet to bring forth or support a conservative contrast to Boxers far left agenda so I doubt that much will change in the next 18 months.

Not important, there may not be an election in 2010 if we stay on the path we are on now.

If we stay on this path there certainly will not be a “free election” in 2010.

Boxer is a loser. She voted against the Cornyn amendment - one of her many shortcomings.

If Arnie runs against Babs, will he do it under his REAL Party? Or will he continue to try and fake the Republicans out?

What this means is that a much-hated RINO Republican and an unknown businesswoman lose to Boxer. At the same time, Californians are inclined NOT to re-elect Boxer. Translation: Republicans need to find a good candidate. McClintock? He’d probably be more likely to win a governor’s race. Sorry, I don’t know California well enough to make suggestions.

McClintock has splendid conservative credentials, but he also has a dismal record in state-wide elections.

To be fair, Schwarzenegger and the CA GOP have continually undermined McClintock’s election efforts, but the bottom line is that he doesn’t win state-wide elections.

Doesn’t Tom Selleck live in California? I think Magnum P.I. could beat her.

If there are any doubts whatsoever that Californians have dropped to sewer level and stayed there is to keep this pathetic, biased, intellectually incompetent person as their Senator.

Thanks God I got out of the state a few years ago.

It is actually getting worse that I thought it could go.

In a sane world Barbara Boxer would be a sales clerk at a discount brassiere boutique in Queens.

That someone of such limited brain wattage could be elected to the Senate repeatedly is astounding.

It is virtually impossible to get rid of an incumbent senator in a state which is highly one party, and replace that senator from the minority party. Even if the seat was open, it is an extremely tough challenge, and would require a scandal involving the Democrat candidate.

Boxer may be the dumbest senator in Washington, but her
seat is safe.

California is becoming more Democrat, not less.
