When you poll Democrats you get Huckabee. That's 'cause Huckabee IS a Democrat. Just has a (R) behind his name.

Actually polls aren’t worth a spit in Iowa, in the primary caucuses, the last prediction I saw say as few as fifty thousand may turn out.

Michael Dale Huckabee gets his poor ego boosted
by the free face time on MSM/DNC stations.

Did you see that Pat Buchanan called Huck a Christian Conservative on CNN today?Don't have cable, so I didn't see that. Is Pat looking for a job? Huckabee may be conservative in his "Christianity", but he's Liberal on other issues...the one's that count. Not voting for Huckacrat if I can help it.

Pat Buchanan has finally become what he once described in Vice President Spiro Agnew’s “Des Moines” speech: A nattering nabob of negativism!

Until I read your post concerning the Prestigious Pickrell Family poll I was all gung ho for Huckabee. Now I’m way demoralized....sigh...(sarcasm on).

He’s hardly slumbering. The “Fred’s Dead/Tired/Lazy/Old/No-Fire-In-His-Belly” is getting about as old and tiring as the “War for Oil” and “Bush’s Fault” bullsh*t the Dems have been spouting off for the last 6 years.

I could easily support Fred, but ever time I hear him speak my eyelids get heavy. I’ve been very disappointed with him. Initially Bob Novak’s early review of Fred really steamed me, remember that one? But you know, he was right. I hope his numbers REALLY pick up. I doubt it though. How would his laid back, summer hammock style campaigning go in general election?

I think there hoping to wake him from his slumber. You really do need new material, the "lazy" "slumber" jabs are genuinely pathetic at this stage of the game......for your own good stop embarrasing yourself.

So you think Fred is pacing himself? Explain his strategy.
I expected much more from him.

One of my friends from Iowa the other day told me he was going to vote for Huckabee just for the fact that he was ahead in the polls.
My mom also likes Huckabee, but after I told her a few things about his record, I think she started to change her mind. She doesn’t live in Iowa though, she lives in Illinois.

I’m sure his one goal is to impress YOU.
Some of us are impressed by knowledge and conservative principles.
I don’t want a nanny or cheerleader for President.
