You can come to my house. I live in Bedford, at the base of the Peaks of Otter. No hurricanes here! :) I live on high ground away from streams, too.
*snort*
WRVA just reported that Potts is suing Larry Sabato to be included in Sunday's debate!
Thanks for the offer!!!!
Unfortunately crossing the Chesapeake Bay with a hurricane approaching is about as appealing to me as going to Delaware :( Nothing against the folks - but it's the means of crossing that get me - I've got a hard enough time with them when the weather and traffic are at optimum conditions.....
*snort* is right...........that's rich, really rich :)
You are welcome. However, if you need a place to stay, do come BEFORE the hurricane gets there. Oh, and bring your pets. :)
I am sorry. I don't have any new polling news. I don't buy the liberal Roanoke and Lynchburg papers. I am going to Richmond next week. I will try to pick up a Richmond paper while I am there.
Latest Rasmussen poll has them neck and neck at 45 with Potts pulling about 5.

Kilgore backs gun-law review
Candidate says need for one-gun-a-month limit may have passed
by Rex Bowman
ROANOKE - Republican gubernatorial candidate Jerry W. Kilgore, endorsed by the NRA, said yesterday that if elected governor he will ask the General Assembly to consider scrapping Virginia's one-handgun-a-month law.
In addition to highlighting his endorsement by the NRA, a group with broad appeal in rural areas, Kilgore was endorsed yesterday by NOVABizPAC, the political-action committee of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce.
That's big news considering they sponsored the last debate where Jerry did so "poorly."

Leave it to Jeffy to bring up that letter again.
