It is becoming clear that the Deep State is part of an international intelligence and corruption network that claims that national security and international sharing of critical intelligence information is at stake if they are exposed for their corruption and illegal activities. They truly believe that their intelligence sharing makes them above the law.
Trials need to be Military Tribunals, otherwise our corrupt judicial system without a doubt will find the seditious bastards not guilty.

I think seditious conspiracy. My understanding, but don’t quote me on this, is that a conspiracy is considered ongoing and therefore the statute of limitations doesn’t stop/really apply (not clear in the terminology) so Comey et al, are still subject to the law. This will be the question that Trumps lawyers will be addressing publicly but I’m certain have already looked into behind the scenes as they waited to pull the trigger with releasing the info.

I remember the reasoning was that Trump could be tried for crimes committed while he was in office. So, Obama can sure as hell be tried for crimes while he was OUT of office.

I think they run out of gas on that soon. The giant, teeming crowds of invaders in the Rio Grande and at the Wall are gone. Defending the criminals that are here is a big loser politically. Messing with ICE in our cities has gotten dangerous, prosecutions are happening now rather than pats on the head and glowing media interviews.
They will either move on to another issue or sink further with normal people, and that’s fine.
Obama and the rest of them should face a military tribunal but they won’t.
