Finally posted here. I read about this a few days ago. This doctor was looking at 10 years in jail - a CLASSIC political prosecution.

And, for you RINO-haters who like to ‘teach the GOP a lesson’ by sitting out elections, keep in mind that RINOs had NOTHING at all to do with this prosecution (other than maybe joining the other 90 or so Senators that confirmed Garland) - it was the Democrats that YOU HELPED ENABLE.

Children, thinking that they will get love, raise their hand and get a world of ongoing misery. Then they find out that those of the opposite sex they became are not welcoming them with open arms, is quite a shock that is not recovered from.

I’m glad this case was dropped.

The gender care clinics in Texas were all about affirmation. I caught Genecis in a lie and never brought my child back.

My child had an incurable endocrine disorder that, if caught early, could have been treated; they ignored my concerns and gaslit me instead.

By the time I found a doctor willing to take me seriously, the damage had been done.
