” A true bill will be returned against the two Frey accomplices.”

...As of now, they haven’t even verified that the dead woman stole anything. Aren’t you getting ahead of your self?

Don’t you think that they would have reported it if her handbag was stuffed with Walmart merchandise? I kind of think they would have...

What is it that you don't understand about, "Earlier in the year she pleaded guilty to stealing shirts and a package of meat from another Walmart and as part of her plea arrangement she agreed to never enter Walmart stores again.?

Or, "He confronted the suspects at exit of the store before they left. One female wouldn't stop, struck the deputy with her purse, ran off."

That was assault prior to the attempt to run him over.

Why are you a scofflaw and criminal apologist?

Yes, conspiracy to committ any crime is a felony, so never go in a group to steal your bubble gum

Sorry, but I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt to the dead person.

It is OK with you that a police officer is being paid on the side to protect Wal-Mart

Do you support scofflaws and criminals?

Why are you a scofflaw and criminal apologist? Have you had problems abiding by the law?

“Why are you a scofflaw and criminal apologist? Have you had problems abiding by the law?”

You know, I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt too.

In the military I carried a top secret security clearance and did till after I retired in 2001. Since then, over a span of 50 years, I’ve had six traffic tickets.

I’m a gun owner and married once, and have a net worth well over a million.

What is your problem dude?

Yawn. All you have are lame comebacks. You don't address any points. At least none I have made.

Yawn.

Maybe you need more sleep. Why don't you answer the question?

You don't address any points.

That's an outright lie. See #160 and #162 for starters.

As others have said. A cop is a cop 24/7. I don’t care who you have trapped in your car door, if you start dragging them around they have EVERY RIGHT TO SHOT YOUR A$$. It’s called self defense (and self preservation). He just happened to miss his target.

Got it?

Also, this women would NOT be dead if her “friends/family” had taken her to the hospital and not let her bleed to death.

If you still don’t get it I have reserved a nice spot for you over at the DU. There you will find people that agree with you more often than not.

As someone who wired several walmart security systems I can’t give specifics but I can say every square inch of walmart property that can be legally filmed is.

Some stores are wired for sound as well.

You really need to read the story. The amount of egg dripping of your face is embarrassing. Let me help you.

#1. He was not preventing a crime In this case, just pointing a loaded gun into the car amounted to Felony endangerment of a child since children were reported to be in the car.

Other than the fact that she was dragging him with her car you might have a weak point. But since she dragged him until his shoes came off (showing he waited before shooting) your point #1 is not valid.

#2. Assuming he felt threatened by the driver of the vehicle, he could possibly argue self defense if he shot her to protect his life, but he didn’t shoot her - he shot one of the passengers. The fact that the victim had been accused of committing a crime earlier means nothing... She was not committing a crime when she was shot.

Ok smart guy. Lets wedge your butt in a car door while the car is moving and I suspect there is a ton of activity in the car and see how well YOUR shot is. Texas law seems to make the passenger just as guilty as the driver in the attempted murder of the officer (or walmart employee who as a gun)

So your #2 is wrong as well.

#3. How was it that he was being dragged by the car? Did the driver have a hold of him? It is much more likely that he had a hold of the car.

Read the story. The car was in REVERSE. That would wedge the officer/wallmart employee with a gun between the door and the dash. Come on over, lets try it out. I’ll only go backwards at 10 MPH. Lets see if you can get out.

Your #3 is also false.

Please PM Jim for some nice parting gifts. Sorry you lose.

Well.. Not in Texas anyways. Remember Holder and co where ready to go after Zimmerman if FL didn’t.

And that is why they park just out side the door. It’s called a snatch and dash. You grab the product and go up to the front like your going to check out then dash out to the waiting car and speed off.

I personally witnessed this happen. 4 guys, 4 42” TV’s..

They should have been professional runners. but they grabbed those TV’s off the cart and dashed out to a waiting van.

Yes, walmart got the plate number on film. Van was stolen too.

The security tags do no good, normally the only person at the door to stop them is the greeter who is told NOT stop anyone. Not that many of them could anyways.

(note to self. If Babygene is ever in my jury pool make sure my lawyer kicks them from the court room)

Yup. Shes dead. That’s what happens when your in a car that is trying to kill someone with a gun.

If she had only obeyed that court order to stay OUT of walmart...

Umm ya...

The officer was not trying to protect walmart “crap” with deadly force.

The officer was trying to protect their own life with deadly force.

They brought a car, he brought a gun. both had deadly weapons.
