- a glass of beer for help to promote blood vessel dilation, sleep, and urination
- a glass of vodka to treat certain cancers
- a glass of whiskey & a spoon of honey and lemon to soothe a sore throat.

Rheumatoid Arthritis (despite its name) is actually an auto-immune disorder that affects the joints.
No wonder I feel so flexible and spry today.
