My guess, and it is a guess, is that the Schindler's included a motion for injunction before the 11th circuit also, but that it was denied, since (I hope) the district court is ordered to Grant the injunction.
Previous mod asked that a new live thread (daily march) be started at 5k posts. Somone tried that and it was pulled. What up with that?
