The other judge in the video really screwed Dugan in her testimony.
The jury took only six hours to convict her of a felony and misdemeanor.

Felony obstruction has the five year max.
My uncle Jack did a stint as a Federal Prosecutor in Oregon. He told me that the Federal prosecution rate was over 90% and that they don’t do plea bargains unless they can get information to pursue further prosecutions on a case.
He also said that if you are convicted, you serve the entire sentence.
